The building stock across these towns is varied enough that very little is standard: older homes in Danville and Harrodsburg with awkward grade and stone foundations, newer construction with straightforward walk-outs, and farm properties where the deck is really an outdoor room.

No. We will look at the site, talk through what you want and give you a range before anything is committed.
How far out are you booking?
It moves with the season — spring and early summer are the busy window. Call or text and we will tell you honestly where the schedule is rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
Do you work outside these towns?
Sometimes, depending on the job size and the drive. Ask — we would rather say no plainly than quote badly for a distance we do not want to travel.
